Our Background
We are a family-run business with over 70 years' experience within the care industry. With lived-experience caring for our own family members, we recognised the need for quality care services and thus, Dependable Care DRPS was established in 2017. Led by a female director with over 45 years’ experience within the disability sector, we are a multidisciplinary team, assisting with all of your care needs with dignity and respect.
Our Mission
To provide consistent and quality care to those with disability to ensure they have access to opportunities and are empowered to live fulfilling lives. We tailor our services to your unique abilities, supporting independence, promoting inclusion and providing a space to allow you to meet your needs, wants and goals.

"With a background in Supported Residential Services and first-hand experience caring for my own family members, I became acutely aware of the urgent need for a reliable, compassionate, and high-quality care team to support our most vulnerable. Faced with the challenge of finding dependable care myself, I was inspired to create a solution. This led to the founding of Dependable Care (Supported Accommodation) and Dependable Care DRPS (Delivering Remarkable Participant Services), driven by a commitment to deliver exceptional support and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives."
